Why you should upskill
With the current workforce shortages skills are in high demand. Vocational education and training (VET) can help make you better at your existing job, help get you ready for a promotion or skilled up to move into another role.
How you can do it
There are a wide range of VET courses available, including courses that can be completed over a few months and diploma courses that can take several years. The key to choosing the right course is to explore what interests you and where you would like to further develop your skills.
